This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile game applications (each referred to as the "Application") developed and published by RamForge Studio (referred to as the "Service Provider") as Free services. These services are provided "AS IS".

Applications Covered by This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the following Applications, as well as any future Applications published by RamForge Studio unless a separate policy is provided for them:

Information Collection and Use

The Applications collect information when you download and use them. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
• Device information such as device model, operating system version, and language settings
• The pages or screens of the Application that you visit
• The time and date of your visits
• The amount of time spent using the Application
• Gameplay statistics and performance information
• Crash reports and diagnostic data

The Applications do not collect precise location information from your mobile device.

The Service Provider may use the collected information to:

• Improve the Applications and user experience
• Analyze performance and usage trends
• Fix bugs and technical issues
• Display advertisements
• Send push notifications related to gameplay reminders and updates, where such a feature is available in the Application
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

For a better experience, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your email address when contacting support. The information requested will be retained and used as described in this Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

The Applications use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Depending on the individual Application, these may include:

• Google AdMob
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Firebase Cloud Messaging
• Firebase Remote Config
• Unity Services
• Unity LevelPlay (ironSource)

These third-party providers have their own Privacy Policies governing how they use collected information. Not every service listed above is used in every Application.

Advertising

The Applications may display third-party advertisements, including banner, interstitial, rewarded video, and app-open ads. Advertising partners may collect and process device identifiers, advertising IDs, and other information to provide personalized or non-personalized advertisements in accordance with applicable laws.

You can manage or reset your advertising identifier at any time through your device settings.

Push Notifications

Where the feature is available, an Application may send you push notifications from time to time to remind you about gameplay, streaks, unlocked levels, and other updates. You may opt out of receiving these notifications at any time by adjusting your device settings, or through the Application's in-app notification settings if available.

Third-Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized information may be periodically transmitted to external services to help improve the Applications and the Service Provider's services.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with legal processes or governmental requests.
• When disclosure is necessary to protect rights, user safety, investigate fraud, or respond to security concerns.
• To trusted service providers working on behalf of the Service Provider who have agreed to maintain the confidentiality of the information.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or through the application marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain collected data for as long as necessary to provide the Applications and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

If you would like your data removed, please contact the Service Provider at the email below, mentioning the name of the Application concerned. The Service Provider will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children's Privacy

The Applications are not directed toward children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, such information will be deleted promptly.

Security

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding your information and uses commercially reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, including when new Applications are published. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Continued use of an Application following updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
